Applications Analyst
An Applications Analyst is responsible for supporting the Bank’s new and existing applications systems, including core processing systems, ancillary processing systems, and related interfaces, with an emphasis on the Desktop and Nautilus applications; providing support to users of various software applications and responding to employee questions; analyzing problems with software, tracking and monitoring reported issues, and acting as the liaison with software vendors; researching solutions to comply with regulatory changes; conducting learning sessions on an as needed basis for software applications; executing test plans and scripts for new software releases and upgrades; implementing new products; and, maintaining appropriate records and providing assigned reports.
Requirements for this position include moderate reading, writing, and grammar skills; proficient mathematics skills; proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills; proficient analytical skills and problem-solving ability; proficient computer skills, including a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel and Outlook; thorough knowledge of the Bank’s deposit and loan products; ability to create customer reports using AS/400 query or other report writing tools; and, visual and auditory skills.
A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in related positions normally required.
Full-Time Teller – Bendersville Office
A Full-Time Teller is responsible for accepting and processing customer transactions; providing customer service; adhering to security and compliance issues; attending training programs; and, performing office clerical and miscellaneous duties. Other responsibilities for this position include making customer referrals and participating in periodic promotional campaigns.
Requirements for this position include moderate reading, writing, and grammar skills; proficient analytical and mathematics skills; proficient communication and interpersonal relations skills; proficient eye-hand coordination; the ability to operate various office machines; the ability to lift approximately fifty (50) pounds; and, visual and auditory skills.
Part-Time Tellers
A Part-Time Teller is responsible for accepting and processing customer transactions; providing customer service; adhering to security and compliance issues; attending training programs; and, performing office clerical and miscellaneous duties. Other responsibilities for this position include making customer referrals and participating in periodic promotional campaigns.
